Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Maintain front desk organization, ensuring a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Assist the accounts payable and receivable team with clerical and data entry tasks.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring proper distribution and processing.
- Perform general administrative support.
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support the efficiency of office operations.
Required Knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics:
- Previous experience in a reception/front office or an administrative role.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Excellent phone etiquette, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical and accounting functions with accuracy.
- Accounting experience is a plus, including familiarity with accounts payable/receivable.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (additional certification in office management is a plus).

· Location: Kent, WA (In-Person Position)
· Schedule: 40 Hours/Week
· Shift: Day Shift, Monday – Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm with ½ hour lunchbreak
· Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the Receptionist is regularly required to sit, talk, and listen. The position is occasionally required to stand, walk, and use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The position may occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
