SeaView’s Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team. If you are passionate about helping others facing behavioral health challenges, this is the perfect opportunity for you. As a Behavioral Health Tech, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with mental health challenges to recover and lead successful lives.

Positions : Behavioral Health Tech (Full-Time)

Compensation Package :

Hourly Rate : $18-20 per hour

Responsibilities :

Provide empathetic and non-judgmental support to individuals with mental health and / or substance use disorders

Facilitate group discussions and support sessions

Assist clients in setting goals and creating individualized plans

Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment

Encourage clients to engage in healthy recreational and social activities

Assist in crisis intervention, as needed

Participate in training and professional development opportunities

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent;

Driver's License

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries

Compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude

Reliable and punctual
