As a Field Technician, you will play a key role in delivering top-notch home improvement services directly to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing installations, repairs, inspections, and troubleshooting while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform home improvement services, including installations, repairs, and maintenance per company standards.
- Conduct on-site assessments and inspections to ensure that work meets safety and quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, explaining services, and addressing any concerns during service visits.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, providing solutions to customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate service records, including work completed, materials used, and time spent on-site.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed at all times while on the job site.
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and office staff to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Keep work equipment organized, clean, and in proper working condition.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the home improvement industry, including installation, repairs, and maintenance.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Must be physically able to perform job duties, including lifting, bending, and working on ladders.
