POSITION OVERVIEW:
We seek a strategic Controller to serve as the senior financial leader for our growing $25M manufacturing organization (20% annual growth). As a key member of the executive team, this role will provide both strategic financial leadership and hands-on management of accounting operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with business acumen to drive company growth and profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Management & Reporting:
- Own full P&L responsibility and financial strategy
- Direct preparation and analysis of financial statements with key insights for CEO
- Lead monthly financial review meetings with executive team
- Develop comprehensive cash flow management strategy to support rapid growth
- Create flexible budgeting and forecasting processes
- Design and monitor critical financial KPIs
- Establish robust financial controls and risk management processes
- Create board-level financial reporting packages
- Manage banking relationships and covenant compliance
Growth Management:
- Partner with CEO on strategic growth initiatives
- Evaluate and recommend financing options to support growth
- Lead financial due diligence for potential acquisitions
- Oversee ERP system selection and implementation
- Develop pricing strategies to support growth while maintaining margins
- Create financial models for new business opportunities
- Build scalable financial processes to support 20% annual growth
- Establish metrics to track ROI on growth investments
Operational Excellence:
- Drive profitability improvements across all business units
- Implement cost accounting systems to support decision-making
- Develop automated financial reporting solutions
- Create executive dashboard for real-time business monitoring
- Lead working capital optimization initiatives
- Build financial analysis tools for operational decision support
- Oversee month-end close process and reporting timeline
- Partner with operations to improve business performance

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
