You will support workforce planning and scheduling by providing clear, accurate, analytical interpretation and reporting of labor utilization.

- Analyze labor & staffing patterns while Identifying trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Standardize and internally distribute daily labor usage reports.
- Help determine optimal staffing levels for different departments and job roles based on budget constraints and business priorities while making recommendations for reallocating resources as needed.
- Produce schedules and maintain accuracy in accordance with company policy.
- Provide support to operational management teams.
- Provide support and training for Ambassadors as well as labor management applications.
- Serve as primary scheduling creator and editor for individual departments.
What it takes to succeed:
- At least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma, or equivalent, required.
- Scheduling experience required.
- Experience with line schedule management preferred.
- Experience with MS Office applications, EXCEL and ACCESS preferred.
- Three months experience with TMM applications preferred.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time sensitive deadlines.
- Strong written/verbal communication skills; able to read, write and speak English.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with ambassadors and guests.
- Ability to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 10 lbs. on an occasional basis position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift and climb/ascend heights (if needed).
- Able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat. Position may be exposed to fumes, dust, odors and cold/hot temperature extremes.
- Perform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing).
- Perform all cleaning duties, including use of cleaning chemicals.
- Able to be flexible in work locations as placement will depend on business needs and career development opportunities.
- Work a flexible schedule/hour based on business need, to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
