Become a licensed Lifeguard and come make a splash on the island! All American Red Cross Trainings included after passing swim test prerequisite and hired for one of our Lifeguard roles!
Aquatic Attraction Guard :
Total compensation with incentive $14.50 per hour . Base rate $13.00 per hour earn an additional $1.50 an hour if you work 16 or more hours each pay week! Pay incentive starts 01 / 6 / 2025 through 06 / 04 / 2025.
Lifeguard :
Total compensation with incentive $16.50 per hour . Base rate $15.25 per hour earn an additional $1.25 an hour if you work 16 or more hours each pay week! Pay incentive starts 01 / 6 / 2025 through 06 / 04 / 2025.
What you get to do :
Roll up your sleeves (if you have sleeves) and play a key role in ensuring a safe and enjoyable guest experience. In addition to monitoring swimming areas and helping guests in distress, you’ll greet and interact with guests, answer questions and resolve guest issues. You will :
- Interact with guests while implementing park safety guidelines
Warn guests of dangerous water activities
Prevent and respond to guest
emergencies
Administer first
Participate in scheduled in-service training and regular
audits
Be proficient in park knowledge, water rescue, CPR /
and First Aid Skills
What it takes to succeed :
At least 18 years old
Exceptional communication, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills are
essential
