Description
- Process monthly invoices across multiple company entities, ensuring accurate coding and entry into accounting systems.
- Coordinate with offshore bookkeeping team for efficient Accounts Payable (AP) operations, including matching invoices, monitoring invoices, and checking compliance.
- Maintain accurate and timely vendor and tenant insurance coverages.
- Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable (AR) and AP processes, focusing 80% on AP tasks.
- Generate AP and AR age reports, monitor delinquent accounts.
- Transmit Positive Pay accurately and review exceptions.
- Reconcile bank accounts and report cash vault services.
- Monitor bank activities and ensure accurate posting of deposits and receipts.
- Maintain accurate payment and billing processing within the Finance Department.
- Process sales orders through invoicing and payment.
- Handle ACH wires, check payments, and stop payments.
- Oversee vendor account standings and maintain credit lines.
- Reconcile vendor statements to ledgers and General Ledger.
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets for management.
