Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing and managing HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Supporting payroll processes and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating staff coverage to meet operational needs.
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company procedures.
- Managing employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, and more.
- Assisting with employee training and development programs.
- Providing support to management in addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Director, HR Manager, or in a similar leadership role, preferably in healthcare or long-term care settings.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and payroll management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and integrity.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred).
- LTC/SNF experience preferred.
