Be part of a tradition spanning over 65 years! Secard Pools is seeking a Construction Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. In addition to pool construction, we proudly offer spas, swim spas, above-ground pools, and pool accessories through our five retail locations.
This role is vital to helping our customers bring their pool construction and renovation dreams to life.
- Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and the sales team to coordinate new construction and renovation projects from start to finish.
- Communicate effectively with field supervisors, staff and customers.
- Schedule and manage all phases of construction.
- Coordinate with city and county officials to arrange inspections.
- Qualifications and Skills
- REQUIRED Experience : Minimum of 2 years in construction (scheduling, permitting, and field inspections).
- Customer Focus : Strong customer service skills and a proactive approach.
- Organization : Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Problem Solving : Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Technical Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Gmail.
- Team Player : Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
