WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for providing services that support multiple functions in the Scheduling Department. The Scheduling Coordinator will be in charge of the organization's staffing of clients, status of clients, transitions of caseloads, and auditing job caseloads of the Scheduling Assistants. The Scheduling Coordinator will be in charge of streamlining communication to all departments and parties, where necessary. The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for engaging with our clients and caregivers to discuss staffing inquiries, staffing options, and escalating concerns, if applicable.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for providing services that support multiple functions in the Scheduling Department. The Scheduling Coordinator will be in charge of the organization's staffing of clients, status of clients, transitions of caseloads, and auditing job caseloads of the Scheduling Assistants. The Scheduling Coordinator will be in charge of streamlining communication to all departments and parties, where necessary. The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for engaging with our clients and caregivers to discuss staffing inquiries, staffing options, and escalating concerns, if applicable.
Duties Responsibilities:
- Communicating with families and staff re: all staffing inquires, concerns, and plan of actions, while inhibiting elevated customer service
- Responsible for the management of all pending, restaff, underserved, and hold clients; staffing within required timelines
- Responsible for effective communication with families and clinical team re: any client status changes, schedule changes
- Managing EE unmaxed report by daily updates of BT availability and staffing
- Ongoing collaboration with the Recruiting Department on staffing needs by utilizing Recruiting Dashboard and providing daily updates, if applicable
- Daily audit of staffing labels within Rethink and update to reflect accuracy
- Responsible for New Hire Training calendars, managing assistants on shadow scheduling and edits as needed
- Facilitate 1:1 weekly meetings with Scheduling Assistants
- Gathering all departmental data as required by the Scheduling Manager
- Perform other duties as assigned.
