- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product management to drive a unified go-to-market strategy.
- Define and propagate the messaging and positioning for the company and its offerings within the company and outside.
- Tailor messaging to suit the needs of different stakeholders, such as prospects, existing customers, and partners.
- Constantly test and actualize the messaging through content and conversations in the form of website, blog, videos, sales and partner enablement content, thought leadership articles, social media content, analyst briefings etc.
- Iterate constantly through feedback from internal and external stakeholders to measure the efficacy of the messaging.
- Evaluate and adopt the latest and greatest relevant marketing technologies
- Balance long-term (e.g. brand establishment), medium-term (e.g. drive effective
product launches) and short-term (e.g. increase efficiency of a marketing event) marketing goals for sustained growth.
