Position Overview
As the Vice President of Marketing, you will be at the forefront of our global marketing strategy, guiding brand positioning and demand generation initiatives. This crucial role will be instrumental in establishing our organization as a recognized authority in identity and access management (IAM) solutions. You will work closely with various teams to foster awareness, engagement, and revenue growth while leading a high-achieving marketing team.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will craft and implement marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. Your responsibilities will encompass corporate marketing, demand generation, solutions and channel marketing, customer engagement, content marketing, and thought leadership. A proactive, energetic approach is necessary to ensure speed to market.
This role is remote, with an anticipated 30% travel requirement globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports growth objectives and establishes market differentiation.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends in IAM and cybersecurity.
- Shape and enhance brand positioning as a trusted provider of managed identity solutions.
- Drive brand awareness through public relations, thought leadership, events, and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee multi-channel strategies to acquire leads, nurture prospects, and improve conversion rates.
- Lead the execution of digital marketing, SEO / SEM, content marketing, and account-based marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with teams to create compelling messaging and go-to-market strategies for product launches.
- Equip sales teams with the necessary tools, resources, and training to enhance customer engagement.
- Develop impactful marketing assets such as case studies and white papers.
- Construct and execute channel marketing strategies to bolster partner ecosystems.
- Lead customer engagement initiatives, including advocacy and advisory programs, while collaborating with customer success teams to enhance experiences and gather insights.
