Position : Vice President of Marketing - Remote

Overview

We are in search of a seasoned and innovative Vice President of Marketing to spearhead our global marketing initiatives, brand strategy, and demand generation efforts. This pivotal role will play a significant part in amplifying our brand’s presence and establishing it as a frontrunner in the identity and access management (IAM) solutions sector. You will collaborate with a dynamic team of marketing experts and work closely with cross-functional leaders to foster market growth and enhance revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute a holistic marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s growth ambitions and market positioning.
  • Lead comprehensive market research efforts to grasp customer requirements, competitive dynamics, and evolving trends in IAM, cybersecurity, and managed services.
  • Elevate the company’s brand identity as an innovative and reliable managed identity solutions provider.
  • Propel brand visibility through public relations, thought leadership, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Supervise multi-channel demand generation strategies aimed at lead acquisition, prospect nurturing, and customer conversion optimization.
  • Collaborate with solutions and innovation teams to create compelling messaging and value propositions for existing and new offerings.
  • Define and implement go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring synergy with sales and product development roadmaps.
  • Partner with sales teams to equip them with effective tools, resources, and training for enhanced customer engagement.
  • Design and execute a channel marketing strategy to bolster strategic alliances and drive partnership growth.
  • Lead customer engagement initiatives, including success stories and advocacy programs, to boost retention and overall customer experience.
  • Utilize analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness, ROI, and marketing impact, refining strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation across campaigns and initiatives while making strategic investment decisions.
  • Cultivate and motivate a high-performing marketing team, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous professional development.

Required Skills

  • Extensive expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, SEO / SEM, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and data analytics.
  • Profound understanding of the IAM, cybersecurity, and managed services landscapes.
  • Proficient in marketing technologies such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and ABM platforms.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of distilling complex concepts into relatable insights.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a history of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment.
  • Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, particularly in B2B technology marketing, is essential.
  • Proven track record in developing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
