General Purpose of Job
The Contract Specialist is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and service agreements for the Cooperative. This role ensures compliance with Cooperative policies, federal regulations, and industry standards, while supporting procurement and vendor management activities. The Contract Specialist plays a critical role in the contract lifecycle, from development to execution and monitoring.

Requirements
Education
- Associate’s degree in business administration, contract administration, procurement, or a related field.
- Job-related experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
- Two (2) years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or a related field.
- Knowledge of RUS standards and federal procurement regulations is preferred.
