As a Network Technician I, you will:

• Provide crucial operational support to field operations, ensuring seamless connectivity.
• Collaborate on developing innovative network infrastructures and offer insightful recommendations for system enhancements.
• Craft strategic monitoring strategies to optimize network efficiency and performance.
• Analyze network data meticulously to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary enhancements.
• Maintain and fine-tune monitoring software, ensuring that alarming thresholds are set accurately.
• Coordinate and execute both planned and emergency maintenance during designated windows, ensuring minimal disruption.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Are you someone who:

• Thrives on hands-on administration of users, systems, computers, or networks?
• Holds esteemed IT industry certifications like CompTIA A , Network , Security , CCNA, or JNCIA?
• Has experience working in a NOC or SOC environment?
• Is familiar with Linux, VMware, Juniper, or Calix equipment and systems?
• Possesses a solid grasp of TCP/IP and data networking principles?
• Is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook?
• Excels in independent work and is a master multitasker with excellent attention to detail?
• Communicates with finesse, whether in person, via collaborative tools, video conferences, or email?
• Holds a valid Colorado driver's license?
