Duties
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards.
- Process accounts payable and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Perform account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial data.
- Utilize technical accounting skills to analyze financial statements and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle clerical tasks including 10 key typing for data entry purposes.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information.
- Stay informed about financial concepts and regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in corporate or public accounting is preferred.
