Landscape Installation Technician
You will work closely with a small, dedicated landscape team to create beautiful, imaginative, functional outdoor spaces. Join a fun, engaging, and supportive work environment where your office cubicle is the jobsite and the blue-sky gardens our boardroom.
- Physical outdoor labor installing or planting trees, shrubs, perennials, mulch
- Prioritize tasks assigned and improve jobsite workflow
- Employ strong work ethic, sense of urgency while working, pride for the job, reliability
- Assist with the installation of ponds, water features and hardscapes
- Maintain and restore existing landscapes
- Demonstrate organization and positive interpersonal skills
- Use professional attitude towards fellow employees, supervisor, and clients
- Load and unload materials and supplies
- Rake, sweep, dig, shovel, prune, water
- Clear debris and cleanup of work site
- Use hand tools (wheelbarrow, shovel, rake, broom, etc.)

· Comfort with physical work
· A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
Not required, but these are a serious PLUS!
· Availability to work the full season from early Spring through late Fall
· Background or interest in horticulture
· Experience installing or planting trees, shrubs, perennials
· Landscape installation, construction, farm, or relevant laborer experience
· Ability to operate equipment such as truck and trailer, skid steer, compactor, trencher, masonry saw, heavy machinery, etc.
· CDL license or willingness to obtain
· Ability to lift 50 pounds
