Lawn Crew Leader
Second Nature Crew Leaders must be dependable, responsible, committed, and of good character. Responsibilities: (Including but not limited to)
· Be detailed. Teach your team to be detailed.
· Lead, train, problem solve, carryout company expectations, guidelines, policies and procedures.
· Drive a crew truck/trailer; work on the jobsite alongside the crew.
· Mow, edge, trim, weed-eat, blow, hand weed (as needed), and handled special projects to meet or exceed company standards.
· Operate and maintain equipment (including truck/trailer); report equipment maintenance issues; be responsible for equipment inventory.
· Follow daily schedule. Complete daily reports.
· Monitor crews’ daily in/out time; time on the job; travel time; break and lunch time.
Job Qualifications & Employment Requirements
· Must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
· Must have at least 1 year of professional lawn care experience.
· Must have a valid driver's license and a clean (5 years) driving history.
· Must have experience driving and backing a work truck and trailer combination.
· Must be proficient in operating commercial equipment safely and be willing to train others.
· Must be able to lift at least 50lbs consistently.
· Must be able to turn, twist, bend, knell, stand, and walk freely for 10 hours a day in Florida weather.
· Must be willing to work overtime with some Saturday work required.
· Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (if not a US Citizen).
· Must have transportation to and from the field shop.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
