What We Are Looking For :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Assistant Controller to support and enhance our financial operations across multiple regions. In this pivotal role, you will manage consolidated financial reporting, oversee compliance with global accounting standards, and support cross-functional teams in executing financial strategies. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure the accuracy of financial statements, drive cost optimization initiatives, and provide valuable insights for global decision-making.
This position requires a strong background in financial reporting, internal controls, revenue recognition and financial analysis, as well as the ability to manage multiple financial teams across different geographies.
This is a full time and hybrid position based in our Scottsdale, Arizona office, reporting to our Corporate Controller.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Financial Reporting & Consolidation :
Oversee the preparation and consolidation of global financial statements in compliance with US GAAP , IFRS , and local accounting standards.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and global accounting standards.
Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals across various regions, ensuring that financial reporting is completed on time and to the highest standard.
Provide financial insights and analysis to senior management to support strategic decision-making and enhance business performance.
Work with other departments (e.g., operations, legal, human resources) to ensure financial goals align with company objectives.
This individual may manage a team of professionals, reporting directly to our Corporate Controller.
