What are the responsibilities and job description for the Area Manager position at SECTR Partners?
Sectr Partners is actively recruiting Area Managers (Ready Mix Concrete) for two locations within Florida. This individual will be responsible for all Safety, Operations, full P&L, QC and Maintenance. They will be overseeing general direction of Ready Mix operations in their assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Commercial and Operational performance
- Business Strategy
- Develop extensive working relationships with customers, Trade Associations and Vendors
- Adjust the business strategy to achieve production and budget requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree 10 years relevant experience (5 years managing a team)
- Ready Mix experience is required
- Financial acumen, creating budgets and managing P&L
- Background in Ready Mix Operations or Sales Management with interest in Operations is preferred.
