My client is looking for a General Manager to oversee one of their Texas Ready Mix Divisions. This position will oversee and manage safety, operations, finance, quality, and equipment for the entirety of the division.

This role oversees 10 plants and will require the individual to be in office (Remote not available).
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to division staff of around 200 employees (5 direct).
- Promote a strong safety culture.
- Hiring / firing, developing, and directing employees.
- Delivery, production, dispatch, quality, and maintenance.
- Full P&L and budget responsibilities.
- Execute CapEx and other special projects.
- Support the sales team.
