Sectr Partners has partnered with a regional producer of construction materials, looking to bring on a Regional Sales Manager (Ready Mix) for their Miami business unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in Sales Leadership positions within the Ready Mix industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies to maximize potential in the assigned region
- Develop and present budgeted revenue and margin targets
- Strengthen customer/vendor relationships through involvement with trade associations, maintaining contact with key customers and vendors
- Manage and strengthen Key Accounts
- Understand key drivers for continuous improvement
- Analyze performance results/reports, sales volumes, selling price and come up with an action plan
- Adjust selling prices to market plan by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
Qualifications
- Relevant Degree with 8 years of experience (5 years managing sales teams)
- Business and Financial acumen
- Must have or complete CSP certificate within 1 year of hire
- Bilingual: Fluent Spanish is preferred
Travel throughout territory as needed is required.
