Position Overview
Support the EPMO managers, leaders and project management professionals, assisting in managing the portfolio intake process and in the coordination of deliverables and artifacts required to support reporting, and general PM support.
Responsibilities
50% Support and coordinate the EPMO intake process, including assessment of prospective projects, ensuring project progress through the process and tracking tools (JIRA).
20% Develop and update governance materials including project and risk committee packets, dashboards and other portfolio reporting vehicles.
15% Support adherence to PMO standards, governance methodologies, frameworks, and other compliance requirements.
15% Coordinate meetings, communications, and project-related events. Including the ability to coordinate resources to solve project risks and issues related to the project

External and Vendor Relationships:
Limited to no external
Qualifications
Required Education
HS Diploma or GED Acceptable Fields of Study: Business, Management, Computer Science or other related field
☒ Additional two years of relevant experience can be considered in lieu of degree
Required Relevant Experience
3 Years
Required Knowledge, Abilities, Skills
Excellent communication and written skills required. Solid oral and written presentation skills. Ability to use MS PowerPoint and/or other presentation applications.Experience in Project and/or Program Management. Working knowledge of project management software to include Jira and Microsoft Office.
Desired Education, Experience, Knowledge, Abilities, Skills
Project management certifications desired: Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Working knowledge of project management software to include Jira and Microsoft Office.
