SCM is looking to hire a Complaints Specialist IMMEDIATELY. This is a full time operations position . Previous experience in call center, quality assurance, customer retention, complaints management and conflict negotiation is preferred. GENERAL SUMMARY: This position supports the operational functions within our organization. We are looking for a reliable and friendly candidate to join our team. Positive attitude, quick learner, hard-worker, open to feedback, self-managed, organized.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Managing customer, vendor and client complaints.
- Maintain, respond and review incoming complaints
- Keep complaint log current and updated daily
- Submit monthly audit of Complaints to Clients
- Maintain Email folder and Queue
- Serve as a Liaison between Customer, Client and Vendors
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience working in a customer complaints, customer retention or conflict management.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Must have Experience interacting positively with difficult or irate customers
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Punctual with good attendance
- Must pass criminal background check
