Job Summary:
As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will drive the growth of SecureData Technologies, Inc., by spearheading new business acquisition in untapped markets. Your day-to-day will be focused on executing strategic outbound initiatives — from cold calls and high-impact emails to deep research and powerful networking — all designed to open doors and spark meaningful conversations. You'll serve as the face of our brand, engaging directly with decision-makers to uncover needs, build trust, and deliver solutions that convert prospects into long-term partners.
You'll collaborate closely with our Solutions Architects to craft compelling, results-driven proposals that align with client objectives. Your ability to identify pain points, negotiate with confidence, and close deals will be crucial to your success. Beyond the sale, you'll remain a trusted advisor and client advocate, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and setting the foundation for lasting relationships.
Staying sharp on industry trends and competitive moves, you’ll help position SecureData as a thought leader in the space.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or customer success within the IT or SaaS industry.
- A strategic and analytical thinker with a deep understanding of complex IT solutions and the ability to align them with evolving customer needs.
- Skilled in methodical planning and proactive problem-solving, consistently driving value and long-term success for enterprise-level clients.
- Results-driven with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets, expanding accounts, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Exceptional communicator and team player, able to collaborate across technical and operational teams to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.
- Proficient in leveraging data, market trends, and customer insights to craft compelling value propositions and close strategic deals.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a similar field required.

Physical Requirements:
- Sedentary Role: This position involves prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, engaging with prospects via computer and phone for up to 8 hours per shift. Occasional standing or walking within the office or at client sites may be required during meetings or events.
- Repetitive Motions: Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, mouse navigation, and handling mobile or desktop communication tools. Regular use of a headset or mobile device for outbound calls, requiring consistent hand-eye coordination.

- Minimal Lifting: Occasional lifting and carrying of office supplies, marketing materials, laptops, or promotional items up to 20 pounds when attending events or client meetings.
- Manual Dexterity: Ability to operate standard office equipment including computers, mobile devices, headsets, and teleconferencing tools. Must be capable of typing at least 50 words per minute and navigating CRM platforms with efficiency.
- Cognitive Demands: Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and quick decision-making are essential for success in this fast-paced role. Requires the ability to manage multiple leads, deadlines, and conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Communication Skills: Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical solutions in layman’s terms and engage clients in persuasive, confident dialogue. Active listening and professional tone are key.
- Environmental Requirements: Work is primarily performed in a professional, climate-controlled office setting. Some external environments may vary during networking events or client visits. Noise levels are generally low, with occasional exposure to typical business event background noise.
- Travel Requirements: Some travel may be required for client meetings, trade shows, or industry events—typically within a defined regional territory. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are necessary.
