What You Will Do
Client Service & Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, delivering prompt, professional, and friendly service.
- Build strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and personalized attention.
- Proactively address client needs and resolve issues efficiently.
New Business & Account Management:
- Process new account applications, transfers, and rollovers accurately and efficiently.
- Track and manage all paperwork and account setups, keeping clients and advisors informed.
- Coordinate with custodians, insurance carriers, and financial institutions to ensure smooth transactions.
Operational & Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate client records and service requests within the firm’s CRM system.
- Assist advisors with preparing client meeting materials, reports, and follow-up actions.
- Schedule appointments, send confirmations, and manage client engagement logistics.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all client documentation meets regulatory and compliance standards.
- Adhere to firm policies and confidentiality requirements when handling client information.
What We Are Looking For
Required:
- One to five years of experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or related fields (client service, administrative, or operations roles).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with financial paperwork and application processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Preferred:
- Experience with managed money accounts and fixed-indexed annuities.
- Familiarity with IRA rollovers, annuity transfers, and investment account servicing.
- Prior experience with RIAs or financial advisory firms.

- Base Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 (commensurate with experience).
