We are currently looking for a motivated, professional Administrative Assistant to act as liaison on behalf of Secure Source International. This role will collaborate with each team by facilitating communication and supporting administrative activities as well as work to ensure client communication  is handled professionally. 

Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Handle data entry, job creation, and maintain internal records with precision.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage scheduling for field technicians and operational tasks.
  • Client Communication: Professionally handle client calls and follow-ups.
  • Departmental Coordination: Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflows and increase efficiency.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Draft and manage paperwork, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Inventory Management & Parts Ordering: Manage inventory levels and process parts order requests for technicians as needed.  

Requirements, Skills and Education:

  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (required)
  • Strong data entry and scheduling experience
  • Excellent communication skills (phone and written)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to take initiative and improve processes
  • Previous experience in administration, scheduling, or operations support is a plus
  • Experience in security, field services, or similar industries is beneficial
  • Administrative experience: 2 years (Preferred)

Schedule: 

  • Pay: $17 - $19 per hour (based on experience)
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Candidate that is hired will need to have some availibility after normal working hours during the week day and answer occasional calls on weekends
