Key Tasks and Responsibilities
-To maintain a constant Supervisory presence in the field.
-Operations Supervisors will be available in the field to offer Secure Transportation's Drivers the opportunity to share concerns they may have and or ideas on how to improve performance and Service.
- Give Management a better means to monitor Drivers' morale and keep them current with what's happening with the Company.
- Implement, maintain and improve Secure Transportation's Culture of Safety in the field.
- Perform spot checks consistently.
- Keep up with Lift van certification
- Monitor the performance of newly certified drivers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by visiting the facilities we regularly service.
- Work closely with Driver's issues and help Driver's rectify issues and improve performance.
- Check on high frequency or sensitive patients, to make sure our service meets their expectations and needs.
- Train and supervise Driver Trainers and write their performance evaluations.
- Assist Trainers in their duties and help them stay current with the Company's Policy.
- Whenever possible, respond to accidents and assist the driver with the accident procedures.
- Participate in post accident investigations.
- Assist Operations Supervisors write driver's yearly review and determine merit raises.
- Train Drivers in Mobile app usage.
- Be able to push 200 lbs and lift 100 lbs minimum
