What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compliance Analyst position at Secure24?
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Oversee all new Affiliate Partnerships to ensure marketing initiatives meet ADT Marketing Guidelines
- Manage existing partnerships to ensure they stay compliant with TCPA, Email, and other general ADT guidelines
- Work with ADT legal staff to make necessary edits to marketing pieces to bring them within compliance
- Manage Secure24 Email Marketing Opt-Out lists
- Manage Customer Complaints submitted to ADT to ensure customer satisfaction - Yelp, Google
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure 3rd parties are being onboarded compliantly.
- Ensure compliance with TCPA and CAN-SPAM laws as well as corporate issues guidelines.
- Regularly coordinate with ADT corporate compliance teams on active marketing programs.
- Coordinate all internal investigations related to TCPA and/or CAN-SPAM complaints or requests for information.
- Implement an internal audit program or self-assessment program ensuring compliance with TCPA and CAN-SPAM regulations.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with TCPA, Can-Spam guideline
