This would ensure patient care is delivered cost-effectively without the interference caused by prior authorizations. Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute long-term strategies and financial plans.
• Oversee budgeting, financial analysis, and investment policies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards while proactively managing risk.
• Effectively manage external vendor contracts and relationships.
• Lead and develop a high-performing executive team.
• Implement policies and systems to enhance operational effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10 years in healthcare leadership, with strong financial management and contract negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of scaling operations and driving profitability.
• Experience navigating regulatory and compliance-intensive industries.
• Strong expertise in handling confidential information within healthcare.
