JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Loan Servicing Collections Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to make contact with borrowers regarding commercial purpose loans. Your role will involve:
- Contacting borrowers to discuss their loan situation and negotiate payment plans as necessary.
- Reviewing loan payment history and financial circumstances to understand the borrower's situation.
- Working closely with other members of the loan servicing team to ensure all relevant information is updated and accurate.
- Accurately documenting all contact and collection activity in the CRM system (loan servicing software used: The Mortgage Office).
- Regularly updating management on collection activities and status of delinquent loans.
- Complying with all company policies and regulatory guidelines to maintain the company's reputation and financial stability.
- Using Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Cloud Based Loan Servicing System (company currently uses "The Mortgage Office") daily to manage and organize date effectively.
- Working in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and achieve team goals consistently.
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience in loan servicing/collections, or a related field, is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), Adobe, and CRM/Loan Servicing systems.
- Familiarity with loan documentation and subrogation processes a plus.
