This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Desk Tier 1 position at SecureSI in Jacksonville, FL. The Service Desk Tier 1 professional will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and offering help desk support to ensure smooth IT operations for clients on a daily basis.
- Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Service Desk skills
- Help Desk Support and Information Technology knowledge
- Experience in customer service and IT support roles
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
- Certifications such as CompTIA A , ITIL, or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred
