As the GTM Systems Lead on the Revenue Operations team, you'll work cross-functionally across the organization to help manage SecureW2’s Salesforce instance and other supporting tools. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Salesforce platform.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated GTM Systems Lead to take ownership of our GTM (Go-to-Market) systems and processes. This individual will serve as the Salesforce Administrator and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance stakeholders to optimize and scale SecureW2’s operations. You will play a critical role in aligning technology with business objectives, driving efficiency, and enabling data-driven decisions across the organization.
What you’ll do:
- Support the Revenue Operations team in day-to-day management of Salesforce, including user setup, troubleshooting, support, and system customization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate transfer of information to third-party tools, including the marketing automation platform (Marketo). - Proactively drive the evolution of Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack to better meet current and future business needs.
- Set up and monitor processes that maintain accurate data at a high quality and integrity level.
Work with managers and users to create operational metrics and reporting for specific groups within the company. Understand needs, create reporting, and follow up regularly to ensure use of reporting.
What you’ll need to have:
- 5 years of Salesforce administration experience in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally at a growth-stage company.
- Experience with using and implementing tools and technologies to support the company’s revenue operations (such as SFDC SFDC ecosystem, Marketo/Hubspot, Outreach, Chili Piper, SQL).
- Proven experience managing integrations between Salesforce and GTM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or other tools via REST APIs and webhooks).
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-growing and changing entrepreneurial environment.
Teamwork oriented and highly collaborative.
The pay transparency for this role is $120,000 -$125,000 annually equity. In addition, SecureW2 offers PTO plan, Holiday Pay and health care benefits including Medical, Dental , Vision, HSA, Life Insurance and 401k.
Salary : $120,000 - $125,000
