  • Job Summary

    The Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for developing existing leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

    The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for supporting and monitoring our Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM). You will join an existing sales team, gaining experience from seasoned sales experts with broad exposure to several industries.

    Requirements

  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, and following up on leads
  • Assisting existing Sales professionals on communicating with customers, setting up meetings, building reports, and delivering proposals
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
  • Staying informed about competing products and services
  • Upselling products and services
  • Researching and qualifying new leads
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets
  • Develop strategies for managing qualified prospects / clients and opportunities
  • Maintaining the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
  • Preferred Skills

  • Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position with Cyber Security service sales
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and formal sales processes
  • Working knowledge of information technology and Cyber Security
  • Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position
  • Strong closing skills; prior attendance at formal sales training courses is a plus
  • Proven oral, written, telephone, and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn and retain product-specific information and utilize it to position the features and benefits to customers
  • Computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications especially Excel
