We are seeking a skilled Alarm Monitoring Professional to join our team at Securitas Technology. As an Alarm Monitoring Representative, you will work in our state-of-the-art 24/7 Alarm Monitoring Center responding to alarm signals and providing exceptional service to our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to all incoming alarm signals according to documented procedures
- Logging all information into the automation system accurately
- Answering multi-line telephone systems and performing data entry
We require individuals with 1-3 years of work experience who can complete a pre-hire assessment for typing. Those selected will undergo paid training and must pass a final exam certifying their skill as a SES Alarm Monitoring Operator.
