Key Responsibilities
As a Security Solutions Expert, your primary responsibilities include:
- Responding to trouble tickets to ensure seamless system performance
- Diagnosing and resolving application issues individually and as part of a team
- Executing preventative maintenance tasks to maximize system availability
- Configuring applications and documenting modifications
You will also be responsible for producing high-quality technical documentation and performing pre-deployment end-to-end testing of upgrades and major modifications. On-site installations of software upgrades and major modifications will also be a key aspect of your role.
