Job Responsibilities
As an Alarm Monitoring Operator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by accurately and efficiently responding to alarm signals. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and effective responses to alarm signals
- Managing alarm events and verifying security information
- Notifying and updating emergency services such as fire and police agencies
- Ensuring customers are properly notified of events
You will work closely with our clients to ensure their security and peace of mind. This is a full-time opportunity that requires flexibility, including working holidays and weekends.
