We are seeking a skilled Security Operations Specialist to join our team at Securitas Electronic Security. As an Alarm Monitoring Representative, you will work in our state-of-the-art 24/7 Alarm Monitoring Center, providing exceptional service to our customers by accurately and efficiently responding to alarm signals.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years' work experience and possess strong communication skills. You will be responsible for managing alarm events, verifying security information, notifying and updating emergency services, and ensuring customers are properly notified of events.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to all incoming alarm signals according to documented procedures
- Log all information into the automation system immediately and accurately
- Answer the multi-line telephone system
Requirements:
- 1-3 years' work experience
- Ability to complete a pre-hire assessment for typing
- Must pass a final exam certifying their skill as a SES Alarm Monitoring Operator
