Job SummarySecuritas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Account Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to the client including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Oversee operations, including service quality evaluation and corrective actions.
- Implement security industry best practices to standardize processes and enhance service delivery.
- Utilize key performance measures and reporting methods to improve team effectiveness.
- Collaborate with clients and management for account reviews and resolve potential issues.
- Manage training and retention of high-caliber staff.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain optimal staffing levels and effectively schedule employees to meet client needs.
- Build teamwork, facilitate progressive change, and support company initiatives.
Education/Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in security operations or business management.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Skills/Competencies:
- Strong understanding of security operations.
- Proficiency in personal computer and spreadsheet software.
- Effective planning, organizing, and leadership abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to lead teams, manage change, and achieve results.
The successful candidate must:
- Maintain composure under pressure and in emergency situations.
- Pass background, reference, psychological, and controlled substance tests.
- Be capable of frequent travel and occasional physical activity (e.g., lifting up to 25 pounds).
