Rate: $23.00-$25.00/HR
At Securitas, on-site Security Officers are the foundation of our organization. Our Officers are trained to provide a high level of professionalism and specialization for their assignments, help safeguard people, property, and information.
As an Account Manager you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to mitigating security risks. If you have experience in positions like Operations Manager, Site Supervisor or Account Manager this role is a great fit for you.

Position Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate’s Degree and 3 years of responsible experience in a business / Security management position.
- Standard computer / technology skills needed.
- Must have great attention to detail.
- Ability to train and develop employees.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Calm, polite, and professional behavior.
- Reliable and self-motivated.
- High level business and management knowledge.
- High customer service orientation.
- Good public speaking skills, as well as ability to provide presentations to broad spectrum of clientele.
- Experience managing large security programs.
- Combination of District Manager qualities & security/military/law enforcement or other equivalent previous experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills of 10-15 employees, with the ability to motivate and inspire: - 3 years required.
- Security experience - 2 years preferred.
- Driver's License required.
- PERC Card preferred.
- Must have a flexible schedule.
