Outside Sales Executive
(Business Development Manager for Miami, Fort Lauderdale, South Florida and up to West Palm Beach)
As an Outside Sales Executive with Securitas Security Services USA, Inc, you will be responsible for generating new business by meeting with clients and prospects in person. This role gives you the autonomy to leverage long-cycle sales strategies, tap into your local territory, and use key resources to create and secure new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Outside Sales:
- Sell guarding services and integrated solutions within your dedicated territory
- Work both in-office at the Securitas branch and in the field, meeting clients face-to-face.
- Tracking all engagement information in our CRM platform to provide maximum visibility while improving your approach over time.
Long-Cycle Approach:
- 100% Focus on New Business Development: Drive growth by identifying and securing new opportunities.
- Cold Calling and Prospect Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients and schedule meetings to explore opportunities.
- Market Networking: Actively build connections and expand your network daily to strengthen market presence.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term business-to-business partnerships.
- Lead Follow-Up: Consistently engage with new leads and nurture long-standing opportunities to maximize potential.
Local Territory Focus:
- Commute to our Hollywood Securitas office and throughout South Florida up to West Palm Beach. Territory Includes: Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Broward County up to West Palm Beach
- Participate in networking activities to support business development
Resource Utilization:
- Leverage self-generated resources to promote, propose, and price solutions
- Apply strong time management, communication, presentation, and customer service skills
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 4 years of recent “hunter” sales experience
- A well-established network of business relationships in the South Florida area.
Education:
- Advanced degree preferred
- Relevant memberships, affiliations, and/or certifications are a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
Earnings: $95,000 - $105,000 plus a robust commission program
Vehicle Allowance: $800 monthly
Time Off: 10 accrued vacation days, 6 sick days, 4 floating holidays, plus additional company holidays
