Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent while ensuring compliance with employment labor laws. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of HR sourcing, and proficiency in HRIS systems such as Oracle HCM. The Recruitment Manager will play a critical role in enhancing our employer brand through social media management and innovative recruitment practices.
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring needs.
- Managing a team of 7 and the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection.
- Conduct employee evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize HR sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates through various channels, including social media platforms.
- Maintain and manage the HRIS database to ensure accurate tracking of candidates and recruitment metrics.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Research industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process to enhance their experience.
- Manage contracts with recruitment agencies and other external partners as necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment management within a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of employee evaluation processes and HR sourcing techniques.
- Advance Excel and reporting experience.
- Excellent research skills to identify potential candidates and market trends.
- In-depth understanding of employment labor laws and regulations.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Experience in social media management for employer branding purposes is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
