Our ideal candidate is someone personable, energetic, compassionate and customer service oriented. While a background in security is preferred, we also love to train, teach and mentor individuals with little to no experience.
Schedule / Shift: Friday - Monday (06:30AM - 2:30 PM)

Potential candidates for the Securitas Site Supervisor position will possess a proven track record of leadership, customer service excellence, and employee relations. The Site Supervisor will work in tandem with the supervisory team to maintain retention and the vested interest, or "buy-in", of the employee base under the direction of the Account Manager. Potential candidates for this position will provide additional support to the client, as outlined by the Account Manager, to assist in maintaining our strong and lasting partnership. The Site Supervisor will be directly involved in the training of new employees and will be responsible for additional onboarding related tasks, providing direct oversight to their respective staff of officers and receptionists during daily operations in adherence with both Securitas and client protocol.
Microsoft application proficiency is an absolute must for this position as a requisite for the creation and implementing of site-specific employee training, document tracking, and retention in conjunction with contractual training requirements. Candidates must be able to demonstrate proficiency in the written word and be able to articulate professionally in any discourse with the client and parent company. Some IT background is preferred. The candidate will be trained to all software and procedures proprietary to client operations by the Account Manager and fellow supervisors.
As with any supervisory position in the corporate security world, some overtime and additional shift coverage may be required. Potential candidates applying for the Site Supervisor position must be prepared to arrive to work engaged and approach the position everyday with enthusiasm and a desire to make a positive impact for the benefit of both the Securitas team and client.

Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills
- Must have a valid drivers license and a clean MVR
- High level of professionalism
- Walking/standing for long periods of time
- Moderate - Strong computer skills needed
- MUST have GED/HighSet or HS Diploma
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to complete all pre-hire requirements
