Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of client reports, including NAV packages, GAAP/IFRS financial statements, and capital statements.
- Assist with daily tasks of cash reconciliation, transaction processing, valuation
- Lead and manage projects focused on the progressive development of the product offering.
- Drive service enhancements to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee the seamless onboarding of new clients to the Securitize platform, collaborating with legal, broker/dealer, and transfer agent teams.
- Provide training to staff on industry best practices for fund administration and effective use of specialized technology.
- Develop and maintain training materials, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent adherence to company standards.
- Additional duties as assigned or needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- A minimum of 5 years of combined experience in Fund Administration and financial services/accounting, including tax and audit functions.
- Mandatory: Experience in money market (stable NAV) funds, and daily loan portfolios with floating rate investments.
- CPA or CFA designation is preferred, though not required.
- Proficiency with fund accounting software such as Geneva, InvestOne, VPM, and FundCount.
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both clients and colleagues internally and externally.
