Security Bank & Trust Co. is looking for a Full Time Personal Banker/New Accounts Rep to educate and assist customers with their banking decisions. Hours include Monday through Friday with a Saturday rotation.
Responsibilities
· Manage customer bank accounts; open, close and oversee transactions
· Investigate issues with banking services and accounts
· Refer customers to inhouse financial experts, as needed
· Reach out to potential customers to generate new business
· Present financial products and services to existing and prospective customers
· Build long-term relationships with clients and cross-sell them our products
Skills
· Knowledge of personal banking practices and regulations
· Familiarity with banking software
· Ability to work diligently to meet deadlines
· Excellent communication skills
· Customer-oriented approach to handling problems
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma required.
