Dealer Relations Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
To provide effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of dealer services and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the dealer services department.
Essential Functions

Provides timely and accurate information to incoming dealer requests.
Processes dealer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.
Works closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items.
Provides timely feedback to the dealer regarding service failures or customer concerns. Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed dealer’s service expectations.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are to include Monday through Friday with 8 hour shifts.

Required Education and Experience
High School diploma or GED.
Previous experience in a central station of 3-5 years is required.

None required for this position.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must have clean background to obtain industry required Alarm Registrant Permit.
