Essential Functions include the following:
- Responsible for the timely, efficient, and accurate delivery of security services to all Clients in your area of responsibility.
- Identifies performance concerns and recommends, initiates, and provides solutions to those concerns.
- Ensures that SEI Operational standards are effectively implemented and communicated to all affected personnel.
- Be an effective liaison with account client contacts and internal Security Engineer’s Management and Leadership.
- Be accountable for effective communication with subordinate Site Managers and Site Supervisors to ensure continued improvement of the services provided to the Client.
- Administers Guard Management software to all locations
- Ensures all workplace safety measures are in effect and followed
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
- Proven Leadership/Supervisor skills are a must with Contract/Private Security experience a definite plus
- Comfortable with new technology
- Self-motivated with strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and/or priorities simultaneously
- Ability to adapt to and help manage change at all levels of the company
- Strong written, electronic, and oral communication skills
- Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse workforce, Client Base, and supporting Management and Leadership Team
- Flexibility to work a dynamic work schedule in support of a 24- hour operation
- Possess effective computer skills in Outlook, Excel, and other administrative software.
