Position Name: Site Supervisor
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday (7am-3pm)

Job Description:
- Full flexibility of scheduling required to cover client's needs.
- A 3-year minimum of verifiable security experience or verifiable military and/or law enforcement service.
- At least 3 years licensed through verifiable physical security with completed training certificate.
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
- Self-Motivated with strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule to support 24-hour operations.
- Update post orders, conduct scheduling and payroll.
- Manage overtime to a minimum.
- Possess strong physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Monitor access points, employing verification procedures to authenticate the identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting premises, in support of a secure environment.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and other incidents, employing appropriate actions as identified in established procedures.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be at least 25 years of age.
- Ability to obtain a State of TN Security Guard license.
- Previous security experience (3 years).
- Previous Team Leader/Supervisor skills for a minimum of 2 year.
- Computer experience in Microsoft Office, WinTeam and Security software preferred.
- Experience with CCTV preferred.
- Must pass a criminal background check (verified by a fingerprint database).
- Be able to verify/explain all gaps in employment and not have been terminated from previous employment for other than honorable circumstances.
- Have a high school education or suitable equivalent.
- Must pass drug screening.
- Must have a clean MVR.
