What are the responsibilities and job description for the Branch Manager - Knoxville position at Security Equipment Co.?
The Branch Manager will need low voltage experience. There will be times that technical support will be required for the technicians in the field.
This position will also require sales, customer service, and bid experience. The branch manager will oversee the operation of each area within the branch. This includes Sales, Major Projects, Inspections, Installation and Service Departments.
The Branch Manger will be responsible for communication with the home office as well as governmental entities in the area and the state. They will be the one to make applications for permits and provide inspection reports to customers and governing agencies.
The Branch Manager will need to be up-to-date on current technology that allows the company to compete in the regional market.
The Branch Manager will be responsible for maintaining profitability of the branch as well as purchasing of equipment, supplies, uniforms, vehicles and maintenance.
Smooth coordination of customer service and employee management is paramount and requires regular attention to work / personal separation while maintaining efficient economy of employee time management.
Job safety is part of the job. Assuring the technicians have the proper tools and safety gear to complete a project.
Working with the company Office Manager is a regular duty to provide a balance of costs and profits for the branch.
This position answers to the Company President.
