The following is the basic job description for the Operations Coordinator position current as of the date noted above. Any alterations, substitutions, or additions must be approved in writing the following people : Human Resource Manager and Director of Operations. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations.

High-Level Objectives :
- Provide operational support across procurement, logistics, supply chain planning, and inventory management functions.
- Ensure accurate data management and efficient communication with vendors.
- Streamline operational processes and provide backup coverage for critical roles.
Job Summary :
The Operations Coordinator supports the Director of Operations by managing day-to-day operational tasks across multiple departments, including procurement, supply chain, and branch operations. This role is responsible for maintaining vendor and item master data, coordinating purchase order tracking, facilitating vendor onboarding, and providing ad hoc reporting. The Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency and seamless cross-functional collaboration.
Essential Functions :
Confirm purchase orders (POs) and track delivery timelines to ensure on-time performance.
Maintain and update vendor and item master data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Assist with onboarding new vendors, ensuring compliance with company requirements.
Generate ad hoc reports to support procurement, logistics, and supply chain decision-making.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Detail-oriented and dependable.
